Handle all the Concepts and provide them to the Artist Department for other artists such as 3D modelers, texture artists, lighting artist etc. To be able to continue with the developing of the project

Present the final Concepts to an audience to overview the final vision product and ensure that all the Art is polished

Confirmation about the approval of everyone from the team and Department of the final provided work

Consider problematic steps that occurred while working on the task and develop an understanding of how to avoid these mistakes and improve the potential of high quality and efficiency of work for shorter period of time; improving team communication if needed and solving problems that can be fatal in the future

Main definitions:
Traditional project management is a method of project planning that follows a fixed sequence.
- It helps for clearly defined objectives, controllable processes, clear documentation, more accountability
Agile- A general approach that relies on teamwork, collaboration, time boxing tasks, and the flexibility to respond to change as quickly as possible. It focuses more on individuals and their interactions.
